With over 35 years of leadership experience in many sectors across many countries viz UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Indonesia, South Africa, India and beyond, he brings a strategic, industry-driven approach to career counseling coupled with excellent academic qualifications and vast experience.
Mr. Shridhar’s diverse experience spans project management, team building, leadership, motivation, coaching, and mentoring across industries including Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Renewable Energy, and Education. His passion for career guidance is backed by strong academic credentials:

Beyond corporate leadership, Mr. Shridhar has also contributed to social empowerment by conducting Spoken English training programs for over 1,000 blue-collar workers in Dubai through a reputed NGO, Smart Life Foundation, benefiting individuals from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, African countries apart from various Indian states. The challenge was to teach Spoken English to adults who were knowing elementary English and their mother tongue only.
